On the northern slopes of the Sierra Nevada, where the wind whispers through centuries-old olive trees and the light of the setting sun paints the Granada countryside in gold, lies Guadix, the cradle of a tradition that beats to the rhythm of olive oil. In this fertile, bountiful land, steeped in history, Echinac was born, the fruit of a passion that, since 1964, has followed the trail of the golden juice extracted from the olive.

For over six decades, we have selected the finest olives from each harvest, picked at their peak ripeness, to produce an extra virgin olive oil that is not only a premium food, but also a testament to our heritage. With the landscape of Guadix as our backdrop, where olive trees bend to the sun and hold secrets passed down through generations, our commitment has been crystal clear: to cultivate quality, honor tradition, love the land, and share our finest oils with Spain and the world.
