Pomace Oil
The best oil for frying, rich in monounsaturated fatty acids and with a portion of virgin olive oil.
Olive pomace oil is obtained through a sustainable process of extracting the olive pomace (water, skin, pit, and residual oil from olive milling) and refining the resulting crude pomace oil. This process concludes when the refined pomace oil is fortified or blended with a small proportion of extra virgin or virgin olive oil.
This process yields an oil with up to 85% monounsaturated fatty acids , primarily oleic acid (C18:1). Up to 2% of the oil (unsaponifiable fraction) consists of a group of compounds with bioactive properties.
The result is always an oil with benefits and qualities that make it the best oil for frying.
